Jaideep has a combined experience of over three decades that span acrosss general insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, sales, and business development. He currently serves on the board of Allianz Nigeria as an Executive Director and is the Chief Technical Officer.
Jaideep began his career in India and rose through the ranks with positions of varying responsibility in reputable companies such as ICICI Lombard GIC, India before eventually moving to East Africa where he was an executive of the Jubilee Insurance Company - his immediate past role before joining Allianz Nigeria in 2020.
He has extensive experience in insurance, internal control processes, training, and business process improvement.
Jaideep Goel holds an M. Sc in Chemistry from Maharshi Dayanand University in India and is an Associate Member of the Insurance Institute of India (AIII).
