• Minimum of 5 years’ experience (with at least 3 years) in Sales 
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant course

  • Ensure the management and development of the agency network.
  • Define an action plan; ensure its follow-up and implementation.
  • Directly monitor and track the performance of all AMs within his/her respective branch
  • Provide accurate forecasts, updates and report to line manager
  • Manage/Monitor the performance of the agents.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the marketing, claims and collection department
  • Increase revenues and profits: and  improve agents’ productivity
