Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience (with at least 3 years) in Sales
Bachelor degree in a relevant course
Proficiency and proven track records of managing an agency workforce
Hands on experience in managing sales and marketing operations
Excellent business acumen: understanding of skills sets
Analytic and Problem solving skills
Effective Communication Technique
Ensure the management and development of the agency network.
Define an action plan; ensure its follow-up and implementation.
Directly monitor and track the performance of all AMs within his/her respective branch
Provide accurate forecasts, updates and report to line manager
Manage/Monitor the performance of the agents.
Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the marketing, claims and collection department
Increase revenues and profits: and improve agents’ productivity
