Customer Engagement Support

The customer engagement support would be responsible for distance relationship with customers, prospects and intermediaries within the different interaction channels. legal expert would be responsible for providing advisory services to all departments and units. Provides legal and compliance advice, defends and guarantees company interest, assisting in the affairs of the company secretariat, all aspects of OE legal affairs and ensure maximum protection of its legal rights.

Locations: Lagos

  • Receive and support all requests for information, simple, conflicting, VIP and complex claims via the various communication channels
  • Follow-ups on requests until they are resolved
  • Provide quotations when needed
  • Perform outbound calls( NPS study, cross or upselling, assistance calls)
  • Organize appointments for customers
  • Use, enrich and update the client database
  • Present and discuss the various Insurance products and their benefits 
  • Minimum of HND in Marketing/Commerce or in any similar field in Financial services in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service in a financial services company
