Financial Planning, Controlling & Actuary Expert

Allianz Nigeria is recruiting a Financial planning , controlling and actuary expert who who will be responsible for budgeting activities and performance follow up for the business. He/she will also assist in ensuring that all planning and control deliverables are met

Locations: Lagos

  • Monitor and control the implementation of the overhead budget
  • Contribute to the implementation of  financial procedures
  • Support in identifying sources of gain and loss by products
  • Support in collecting and compiling data as well as building adequate pricing, reserving and       valuation
  • Prepare the statistics for decision making or financial activities
  • Monitor the implementation of other budgets: premiums, bonuses, loss, reinsurance placements and related findings.
  • Planning of annual budgets  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance or in a related field
  • University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA)
  • Good knowledge of local finance rules
  • Good experience with SAP FI accounting tools
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • Time management
  • Ability to analyse data in depth and draw conclusions
