Yes, but customers seeking for family Insurance have to travel as a husband, wife and children(maximum 6 children & below 18) together, all parties must also have the same surname.

After payment has been confirmed, policy is automatically delivered to your email address ‘within’ 24 hours.

Travel policy cannot be extended once booked, however the date can be changed if the policy is yet to commence, also note that an endorsement can only be done once during the life span of each policy.
Policy span ranges from 1-365 days, customers going for travel beyond 1 year must book another policy to cover the remaining duration.
Claims are handled by our Next Care Partners. All claims direct lines and emails are listed in your certificate of insurance & policy document.
Travel policy is not refundable once booked however it can be moved to a later date before policy commencement.
